COVID-19 updates as provided by the Government of Thailand effective from 26th June 2020 at 11.30 hours.
The update today indicated four new cases with no change in fatalities. The lifting of the emergency decree to stem the spread of the Corona virus may yet be another short-lived elation as reported in the Bangkok Post today.
The recommendation by the NSC to extend the emergency decree by another month, ending in 31st July after the expiration of the original decree at the end of 30th June 2029, will go before the Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) on Monday.
